Delivery & Returns*

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email containing a tracking number that can be used on the courier’s website. You may also check on the status of your order by logging into your account on our website and clicking the ‘Order History’ tab on the left-hand side.
We accept orders from selected European countries. We cannot ship to Great Britain directly at this time. Instead, please check our stockist map to find your closest stockist. Standard Delivery Cost to France, Germany, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Spain, and Italy is €25, with an additional surcharge of €60 if ordering Art. Standard Delivery to the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland is €5. See our Retail Customer Delivery & Returns policy for more information including shipping charges.
We hope you love your purchases, but if you need to return something to us, please send the item in its original packaging, and the returns form enclosed with your order, completed, to: Scatter Box Returns Dept., Abbeylands Furniture, Newgate, Kells Rd., Navan, Meath C15 TK52 Ireland within 14 days of receiving the order. See our Retail Customer Delivery & Returns policy for more information, including details on return fees and bundles.
We can accept the return of unused items for a full refund. We are unable to take returns or issue refunds on products not purchased online at scatterbox.ie. If you purchased a product from a Scatter Box stockist, please contact them directly. If you have any questions about your return, please contact us at sales@scatterbox.ie so we may check the status of your refund, or see our Retail Customer Delivery & Returns policy for more information.

Order Issues

You can email us at sales@scatterbox.ie within 24 hours of placing your order if you wish to make any changes or would like to cancel your order. Our sales team will assist you.

If your package is visibly damaged on delivery, please tell the person delivering your goods that you wish to sign as “received damaged.” If your goods are received as faulty or damaged once opened, or if the goods do not conform to the description, please contact us at sales@scatterbox.ie within 48 hours of receiving your order.
If your parcel does not arrive by the last day of the specified delivery time, please email our customer service team at sales@scatterbox.ie quoting your order number and a member of our team will endeavour to get back to you within 2 working days.

Product & Stock

While we strive to ensure all product sizes are accurate, please note that sizes can vary by + or - 5% due to natural material and manufacturing variations.
If a product you’ve ordered is out of stock, our team will contact you right away. You’ll be offered the choice of a full refund or an alternative product if available.
Want to do more than just visualise your dream decor online? Visit one of our retail partners near you and check out our best selling collections for yourself. Find the nearest stockist.
We do not offer product samples. However, you can view our collection in person at your nearest stockist, where the team will be happy to assist you in selecting and matching pieces to complement your new or existing interior décor scheme. While we do not offer custom orders, you can still receive a bespoke solution by consulting one of the many talented interior designers we collaborate with. Get in touch for more information.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard and American Express), as well as PayPal, Google, and Apple Pay methods.

Unfortunately, we are unable to take any orders over the phone.
Please email us at sales@scatterbox.ie and a member of our Customer Care Team would be happy to help! Alternatively, please visit one of our stockists. Please Note: Our office hours are Mon-Thurs 8:00am-5pm and Fri 8:00am-1pm. We'll respond to your queries during those hours.
You can apply for a Trade account by filling in our trade application form here. Please note that in order to register as a trade customer, you must be registered for VAT.
We reserve the right to cancel/not accept an order if:
• We have insufficient stock to fulfil the order
• We do not deliver to your area
• One or more of the goods ordered was incorrectly described or priced on our website
• The payment transaction is not authorised
• You did not provide us with your real name, payment details including your card address, your delivery address (if different from your card address), email address and telephone number.
