Trade Customer Delivery & Returns Information

Receipt of Orders

Orders will only be accepted via the website or email. If you do not receive an email confirmation within 2 days of sending the order, then please contact us to ensure it was received.

 

Delivery Expectancy time

We endeavour to dispatch within 5-8 working days from receipt of order except for otherwise specified busier periods.

 

Your sales order confirmation will detail discontinued or out of stock items.

 

We will only deliver to the stores registered address/ warehouse and not direct to your customer.

 

Return of goods

We do not facilitate return on goods dispatched, unless damaged or faulty.

 

Shortage of good received

Notification of any shortage or overage of goods must be given 7 days from receipt of delivery.

 

Faulty Goods

If your package is visibly damaged on delivery, please tell the person delivering your goods that you wish to sign as “received damaged.”

 

If your goods are received as faulty or damaged once opened, or if the goods do not conform to the description, please contact us at sales@scatterbox.ie as soon as possible and ideally within 7 days of receiving your order.
