Delivery & Returns
We endeavour to dispatch within 5-8 working days from receipt of order except for otherwise specified busier periods.
We do not facilitate return on goods dispatched, unless damaged or faulty. See our Trade Customer Delivery & Returns policy for more information.
Order Issues
If you need to amend or cancel your order within 24 hours of placement, please contact our sales office by email and we will do our best to accommodate your request. After this period, we cannot guarantee changes, but we will always endeavour to facilitate them.
If your package is visibly damaged on delivery, please tell the person delivering your goods that you wish to sign as “received damaged.” If your goods are received as faulty or damaged once opened, or if the goods do not conform to the description, please contact us at sales@scatterbox.ie within 7 days of receipt of your delivery.
Product & Stock
Each product has size details in centimetres or inches. Please check the product details for guidance. There is a 5% tolerance on all sizes.
If an item becomes out of stock after you have placed your order, a member of our Customer Care team will contact you to offer an alternative product or arrange for your item to be placed on backorder.
